Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hygiene liners and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit, a direct exchange for a different size, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your bikinis in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners are in place.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
